What is your return policy?

All returned and exchanged items must be received unused in their original condition. For eligible orders, we offer free returns and exchanges within 21 days from the delivery date. If you'd like to exchange your order for a different piece, please return your original ware and place an order for the new pieces directly from our website. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. For a return label, please reach out to us directly at hello@honigceramics.com

Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Final sale items are noted on the website, and listed on our Last Look page.

How do I cancel an order? Can changes be made to my order after it has been placed?

We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed, but if you catch us shortly after your order has been placed, we’ll do our best to modify! 

You can email a cancellation request to hello@honigceramics.com with the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION." We'll try our best to make changes before it's fulfilled, but once orders have been shipped they cannot be canceled or modified.

When will I receive my Honig order?

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of order placement. From the date of fulfilment, orders placed with standard shipping typically take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive within the continental US. Please note that there may be transportation delays due to carriers' precautions in response to COVID-19.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

For shipping within the continental US, we work with the folks at USPS and occasionally FedEx.

How do I care for my Honig ceramics pieces?

Honig pieces are created from stoneware, a durable clay that’s meant to carry you through life. Larger, more delicate pieces or those with cratered glazes should be washed by hand, while sturdier ware takes well to the dishwasher. Microwave safe.

Product Availability

 

The product I want to purchase is out of stock. When can I expect it to be available?

All new collections and inventory available for purchase will be uploaded to our website as it’s created. We also accept commissions and custom orders — if you see something you would like and it’s out of stock, or you have a piece in mind, send us a note at hello@honigceramics.com or connect with us on Instagram to discuss details on availability and wait time.

Where can I buy Honig products?

For now, Honig is available directly through our website and Instagram page. Aside from the listed inventory, we offer commissions and custom made orders.
